Bidding Process

To start bidding, select a product you like and either press Quick Bid to increase the bid by a small margin, or set a Maximum Bid Amount.

By setting your Maximum (Proxy) Bid Amount, BidBaba.ca automatically bids up to your limit on your behalf, just like eBay.

Track your items by adding them to your Watch List, and bid directly from that page to keep everything organized.

You can start bidding as soon as an auction opens! However, the final day is often the most exciting, so make sure to tune in live or set your Maximum Bid Amount to not miss out on a great deal!

Item Condition Glossary

We categorize item conditions for your convenience:

• Brand New - Unused, undamaged, seal may be opened for inspection. The original manufacturer seal may be opened only for inspection or quality assurance purposes, but the product remains untouched and fully functional.
• New (Open Box) - Undamaged, may have been opened or tested by another consumer. The packaging may have been opened or slightly damaged, often by a previous buyer or for display purposes. All original parts and accessories are included unless otherwise stated.
• Used (Very Good Condition) - Signs of light wear or use. Shows minimal signs of wear, such as minor scratches or light usage marks. Fully functional with no damage or defects.
• Used - Item has signs of use. Cosmetic wear is visible (e.g., scuffs, scratches, fading), but the item remains fully operational and functional unless otherwise stated.
• New (With Tags) - Brand New condition, clothing items with tag. Original tags are still attached. The item has not been worn or washed.
• New (Without Tags) - Brand New condition, clothing items without tag. Tag may have been removed due to manufacturing restrictions. Tags have been removed, possibly due to manufacturing policies or for inspection. The item has not been worn or washed.
• Refurbished - Item that has been restored to working condition. May show light signs of use or handling. Typically inspected, cleaned, and repaired by the manufacturer or a certified refurbisher. May or may not come in original packaging.
• As-Is - Uninspected, or have major issue. May be untested, non-working, or missing components. Often intended for parts, repair, or collectors.

Completing Your Order

Once the auction concludes, you’ll receive an email with the pickup details. After receiving your email, use our scheduling tool to plan your pickup.

Walk-In Pickup is available after 4 PM from Tuesday to Friday, and from 10 AM on Saturday

Return Policy

In case of an item that has major discrepancies with the provided description, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your item. Returns are at the discretion of Bidbaba. WE WILL TAKE MEASURES TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM ALL FRAUD
